HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 23,360

[ET Net News Agency, 12 May 2025] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more than 500
points, or 501 points to 23,369. The Hang Seng Index now rose 491 points, or 2.2% to
23,359; with market turnover of 201.14b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose
172 points, or 2.1% to 8,480; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 190 points, or 3.7% to
5,370.
BABA-W (09988) now rose HK$5.1, or 4.1% to HK$128.7, with turnover of HK$11.07b; TENCENT
(00700) rose HK$17.9, or 3.6% to HK$512.5, with turnover of HK$9.53b; BYD COMPANY (01211)
rose HK$21.6, or 5.6% to HK$408.6, with turnover of HK$3.44b. (ed)
