HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 26,360

[ET Net News Agency, 21 October 2025] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more than
500 points, or 501 points to 26,359. The Hang Seng Index now rose 501 points, or 1.9% to
26,359; with market turnover of 96.06b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose 200
points, or 2.2% to 9,432; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 175 points, or 3% to 6,108.
BABA-W (09988) now rose HK$6.7, or 4.1% to HK$168.6, with turnover of HK$7.4b; TENCENT
(00700) rose HK$16, or 2.5% to HK$643.5, with turnover of HK$3.84b; SMIC (00981) rose
HK$4.05, or 5.6% to HK$75.85, with turnover of HK$3.77b. (ed)
