HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 25,941

[ET Net News Agency, 15 October 2025] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more than
500 points, or 500 points to 25,941. The Hang Seng Index now rose 500 points, or 2% to
25,941; with market turnover of 242.3b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose 181
points, or 2% to 9,261; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 152 points, or 2.6% to 6,075.
BABA-W (09988) now rose HK$6.3, or 4% to HK$161.9, with turnover of HK$13.41b; HSBC
HOLDINGS (00005) rose HK$1.7, or 1.7% to HK$103.6, with turnover of HK$1.12b; TENCENT
(00700) rose HK$10, or 1.6% to HK$631, with turnover of HK$7.49b. (ed)
