[ET Net News Agency, 7 September 2026] The Hang Seng Index opened 2 points higher today at 25,652. It reached a high of 25,664, up 14 points, and a low of 25,362, down 287 points. The Hang Seng Index closed down 237 points, or 0.9%, at 25,413.
Southbound funds recorded a net inflow of HK$1.28b for the full day, compared to a net outflow of HK$10.02b on the previous session. The top stocks by net Southbound buying were XIAOMI-W(01810), ZJ INNOLIGHT(03308), CHINA LIFE(02628) and BABA-W(09988) in that order. The top stocks by net selling were KB LAMINATES(01888), HUA HONG GRACE(01347), MINIMAX-W(00100), YOFC(06869) and GIGADEVICE(03986) in that order.
