There were 858 short-selling stocks. XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$5.49 billion and HK$2.36 billion, or 18.11% and 7.78% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 40.67% and 36.58% of respective stock's turnover.
YOFC (06869) and SMIC (00981) registered HK$1.12 billion and HK$1.08 billion of short sales, accounting for 3.71% and 3.58% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 22% and 15.07% of respective stock's turnover.
