There were 823 short-selling stocks. XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and HSCEI ETF (02828) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.27 billion and HK$2.51 billion, or 10.04% and 7.72% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 47.98% and 45.36% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$2.4 billion and HK$2 billion of short sales, accounting for 7.38% and 6.14% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 42.46% and 14.32% of respective stock's turnover.
