There were 835 short-selling stocks. BABA-W (09988) and POP MART (09992) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.62 billion and HK$1.35 billion, or 12.88% and 6.65% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 24.35% and 30.41% of respective stock's turnover.
XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and TRACKER FUND (02800) registered HK$1.24 billion and HK$769.69 million of short sales, accounting for 6.1% and 3.79% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 21.35% and 8.91% of respective stock's turnover.
