WENZHOU, China, Aug. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Fox ESS, a global leader in renewable energy solutions, has been ranked No. 1 in the H1 2026 Global Residential ESS Shipment Ranking from InfoLink Consulting, based on InfoLink's global energy storage supply chain database.
According to InfoLink data, global residential storage shipments accelerated in H1 2026, totaling 39.07 GWh and representing a 137.67% year-over-year increase. This growth was driven by intensifying competition among the industry's leading players. Fox ESS led the global top five residential storage suppliers for the period.
The result extends a series of global leadership recognitions for Fox ESS in recent years. Frost & Sullivan confirmed that the global residential energy storage market reached 38.1 GWh in 2025, growing at 54.6% from 2021–2025, with Fox ESS claiming the top position with a 10.5% market share, outperforming every other major player in the sector. This followed Fox ESS's earlier 2025 No. 1 ranking from S&P Global Energy, marking two independent confirmations of the same leading position.
Looking ahead, InfoLink noted that Australia is expected to remain highly competitive in the second half of the year, while the pace of recovery in the European market will be a key variable shaping the competitive landscape. Citing continued demand growth across both established and emerging markets, InfoLink has raised its full-year 2026 forecast for global energy storage shipments to 662 GWh. Against this backdrop, Fox ESS's performance in Australia and Europe, two of its core overseas markets, stands out as a clear reflection of that momentum.
At a ceremony held recently celebrating Australia's home battery installations surpassing 500,000 units, Fox ESS was present with founder and chairman Michael Zhu attending alongside Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Minister for Climate Change and Energy Chris Bowen. The recognition builds on a strong year for the company in the market, where its residential storage installations reached 3.1 GWh from January to July 2026.
In the European market, Fox ESS's products have drawn similar recognition. In HTW Berlin and AQUU Research's 2026 "Energy Storage Inspection" report, regarded as one of Europe's most credible independent evaluations of storage systems under practical conditions, Fox ESS's system, featuring the PQ-H3-Ultra-10.0 inverter and the EQ3300-5 battery, achieved a System Performance Index of 97%, the top score among systems reviewed and earning an Efficiency Class A ranking.
The H1 2026 global No. 1 ranking reflects the trust households and installers continue to place in Fox ESS across its key markets, as the company works to translate that trust into reliable, easy-to-install systems that help families take greater control of their energy costs. Across multiple independent rankings, from product performance in Europe, to installed capacity in Australia, to global shipment share, Fox ESS has consistently placed at the top, a reflection of steady gains in product strength and local execution built on the trust of users and partners worldwide. Fox ESS remains committed to advancing the global energy transition through continued craftsmanship and innovation.
