Citi raised the target price for Techtronic Ind (00669) to HKD150 from HKD125 and maintained the "buy" rating.
The research house said a key positive surprise is announcement of share buyback programme of up to USD 500m over the next 18 months. It thinks this programme could sustain as long as the balance sheet is supportive.
